This Recruitment Consultant Management Trainee Program was created 2 years ago, due to the fast development of the company's sales force. We provide systematic training / practice (up to 46 courses) to all the trainees, and help them to be a 360 degree recruitment consultant in 4 months. After 4 months' program you will be promoted to Associate Consultant, covering one Function+ one Industry, earning your commission by hiting sales target.
