Job title : Acoustics Algorithm Engineer Employee Type: Fulltime Responsibility: Establish DSP design flow and tools for acoustic engineering group Design and implement advanced DSP algorithm on a target hardware to improve acoustic performance of an audio system including both music and voice communication Collaborate with system architect, hardware and software engineers by using advanced DSP algorithms and tools to jointly optimize speaker’s acoustic performance in terms of SPL, distortion and power consumption Qualification: Master degree or above in Acoustic/Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer science Equalization of room acoustics ,3D audio for AR/VR application Good at English 2. Job title :Voice Algorithm Engineer Employee Type: Fulltime Responsibility: Voice algorithm development verification, validation and tuning at PC level and embedded device level. Closely interact with Category Product Managers and cross-divisional peers (CoC, Automotive, Pro, CTG groups) to identify new ways to improve voice performance. New voice algorithm research and existing algorithm improvement. Complete product’s test and acoustic gating for voice recognition and voice call performance Qualification: Familiar with speech enhancement algorithm development like AEC, Beam forming, Noise Reduction, AGC, ANC, DOA, VAD etc. Good at matlab, C+, Python language. Experience on DNN, RNN, Tensor flow, Pytorch for speech or noise process is preferred. Master''s degree with the major of Digital Signal Process, Communication, Math, Computer Science. Job title :Acoustics Engineer Employee Type: Fulltime Responsibility: Responsible for sound and acoustic design of consumer product and/or micro speaker system, responsible for sound quality of consumer product and/or micro speaker system. Support Product Specification and Program Execution teams in the development of consumer products, define sound and acoustic requirement, and interact with related functions as required. Monitor acoustics testing of new products and components at suppliers and Contract Manufacturers as required. Good at English Job title :Hardware Engineer Employee Type: Fulltime Responsibility: Carry out feasibility study on new products against requirements. Assist in solution study, evaluation and test. Responsible for the component and module management. Cooperating with an international development team and suppliers, qualify and manage the electrical component by using product lifecycle management system. Monitor and evaluate new mic system technologies which is suitable for voice communication, voice recognition and high quality recording etc., Analyze Harman internal projects’ and external customers’ requirements and specifications to propose the appropriate solutions to award the project and execute the engineering function on mic part through the full program cycle Qualification: Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Acoustics, Computer Science or equivalent Good at English Job title : Software Engineer Employee Type: Fulltime Responsibility: A software engineer in this position will focus their time developing and testing software under supervision Analyse existing embedded software to add features, make modifications, fix bugs, and/or port to different platforms.
