Responsibilities: Analyze JD and search suitable candidates. Get the CV and input into the database. Communicate with candidates and keep good relationship. Support the consultant to conduct the market search as to different functions. Make the cold call and communicate mostly through the telephone. Be responsible for conducting paper work. Get involved in some other relevant responsibilities. Arrange interviews and attend interviews with his/her consultant if necessary. Requirements: Good English including oral and written is a must. (CET – 4 or plus) Bachler degree or above Good interpersonal and communication skill and easy to cooperate. Good team working skills. Can take pressure. Be responsible and detail oriented. Smart, diligent and willing to learn.
