Assist the sales department in product promotion and technical support; 2. Support customer selection, development and solutions; 3. Provide product guidance and training to sales department personnel; 4. Training customers on the theory of fastener(like washer, suprerbolt, boltight, expander); 5. Responsible for tracking daily Design projects and providing monthly reports; 6. Laboratory management: including equipment maintenance, equipment maintenance, on-site equipment installation and debugging. 7. Find customer problems on site and provide corresponding solutions. 8. Collect relevant project data on site, and submit it to the relevant design department at headquarters and conduct project communication. Qualification 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or metal materials, weclome graduates 2. Familiar with mechanical design software for drawing. 3. Good communication skills and outgoing toward people. 4. Proficient in English and able to communicate in English well. 5. Familiar with fastener industry. 6. Engaged in the industry for more than 1 years. 7. Have strong learning ability. 岗位职责 1、协助销售部门进行产品推广和技术支持工作； 2、支持客户选型、开发，提供解决方案； 3、对销售部门人员进行产品辅导及培训； 4、对客户进行紧固件理论培训(例如防松垫圈，超级螺栓，螺栓拉伸器，扩张器等）； 5、负责日常Design 项目的跟踪，提供月度报告； 6、对实验室管理：包含设备维修，设备维护，现场设备安装调试。 7、现场查找客户问题并提供对应的解决方案 8、现场收集相关项目数据，并且提交到总部相关设计部门并且进行项目交流 任职资格 1、机械类或者金属材料相关专业本科及以上学历，欢迎应届毕业生投递此岗位 2、熟悉机械设计软件进行绘图 3、有良好的沟通能力，善于与人交流 4、精通英语，能够熟练的用英语进行交流 5、熟悉紧固件行业优先 6、从事本行业或者机械行业1年以上 7、能够有很强的学习能力。 福利：五险一金、补充公积金、补充医疗保险、弹性工作、海外培训机会 如您对该职位感兴趣，请将中英文简历发至Fendick.zhu@nord-lock.com. 我们收到简历，会及时和您联系。 |
