高意上海技术研发中心招聘简章 一、关于高意 II-VI上海ROADM研发中心成立于2004年，从最初的协助美国研发中心完成固件和硬件测试起步，逐渐发展到产品完整测试。经过十几年和美国研发团队的合作我们开发了许多优秀的产品，包括光放大器，OCM， OTDR和线卡，赢得了客户的尊重和满意。 2019年开始，II-VI上海ROADM研发中心开始为国内的数据中心客户提供完整的光学解决方案，依托其多年的光学模块，子系统设计能力，以及公司强大的垂直整合的供应链系统，推出了II-VI公司第一台面对数据中心互联的光层传输设备，成功为公司打开了一块全新的业务市场。公司产品涵盖了光通信领域中主干核心和城域网络中的各种模块，子系统以及系统，服务于国内和国外所有的客户，成为整个ROADM事业部的主要研发力量。 II-VI上海ROADM研发中心位于闵行区浦江镇漕河泾开发区， 公司长期招募优秀的毕业生及实习生,职位有光学、光学测试、软件、硬件、自动化测试、FPGA等研发工程师岗位, 欢迎各大高校专业为光通讯, 物理, 电子学, 软件工程的毕业生投递简历。 二、关于招聘 招聘对象：2022届海内外应届毕业生 招聘岗位： 1.Optical Engineer光学工程师 √ Optics, Electro-optics, Physics or EE, MS Preferred; √ Have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in written and oral English; √ Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues; √ Good leadership, responsibility and initiative. 2.Firmware Engineer 固件工程师 √ BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred; √ Good master of C, C++ and assembly language; √ Knowledge and experience on object-oriented software design. √ Experience on embedded firmware or embedded Linux software development. √ Knowledge of digital signal processing. √ Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented; √ Good verbal and written communication skills in English; 3.Software Engineer 软件工程师 √ BSEE or related degree (EE or CS), MS Preferred; √ Good experience of C, C++, Python or Go language; √ Knowledge and experience on software design and code implementation; √ Experience on embedded Linux software development; √ Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented; √ Good verbal and written communication skills in English; 4.
